Utopia Hotel Design
We are an architectural design practice which specializes in hotel design. We have established our reputation as a design practice by producing original and technically rigorous creative proposals, and by paying attention to detail.
Our projects’ design style is pleasantly surprising, bestowing liveliness and character to a hotel. Here at Utopia we have experience in every aspect of the architectural design of tourist resorts: the design of all types of interior hotel spaces (suite and villa interior, reception, entrance, restaurant, bar and spa) and the exterior grounds (pool, Jacuzzi, greenscape, open bar and restaurant).

Hotel Facilities Design
Hotel Restaurant & Bar Design
The renovation of a hotel usually includes the full redesign of the bar and restaurant. These facilities are key points of attraction for hotel guests, designed to reflect the status of the hotel. Hotel bars and restaurants are also designed to create a welcoming and stylish effect.
Hotel Outdoor Design
Pool & Jacuzzi Design
The private Jacuzzi-swimming pools designed for each suite are a key feature of our architectural design, made to fit seamlessly into the overall outdoor hotel hardscape and softscape.

Reception & Entrance Design
A hotel’s reception is the main point of communication between management and clients. The recommended design should be welcoming, but also memorable and professional.
The hotel entrance is pivotal to the establishment’s image, it is the first and last impression. The entrance is usually designed to act as an elegant landmark discretely capturing attention.
